- Explanation of What Was Done (87.6%): Clear and understandable explanations of procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans were crucial. Patients appreciate knowing what's happening and why.
- Technical Skills (91.6%): Patients placed a high value on the perceived technical competence and thoroughness of their clinicians. Trust in the provider's expertise is essential.

Addressing the Challenges: Improving Access and Convenience
While the overall satisfaction rate was high, the study also identified areas where improvements are needed. Factors contributing to lower satisfaction included waiting times for appointments (61.8%), convenience of the consultation office location (53.4%), difficulty getting through to the office by phone (21.3%), and length of time spent waiting at the office (61.2%).
